A self-evaluation process, involving staff at all levels, and supported by introductory training, assists your healthcare facility team to achieve accreditation.

Training on CoQIS is provided to a range of staff to enable them to capture standard compliance and quality improvement data and to manage the overall self-evaluation programme. Using the baseline survey results, the team can identify priorities and use CoQIS to develop an action plan, which can be monitored at regular intervals as part of the programme. They are trained to generate reports which assist in comparing progress across all the departments in the facility.

The training sets out clearly the architecture of the standards, how they are classified and how they are scored. Your facility team is trained to evaluate their services against the standards. There are theoretical and practical exercises using the standards, a set of guidelines and a matrix which connects all related standards and criteria across different departments in the facility.
