Baseline Evaluation

COHSASA evaluates your facility against standards to provide a platform on which to build.

Improvement Phase

A structured programme provided by the advisory team helps you address gaps and build capacity.

Self-evaluation

As part of the improvement phase you learn how to evaluate your own services against the standards, capture the data into the online information system, CoQIS and monitor your progress.

Survey

Independent surveyors evaluate your whole facility against the standards and provide a full report to the Technical Committee for a decision on accreditation.
