Director of New Zealand -Based DrInfo, Dr Charlyn Belluzzo, has been working with COHSASA since July last year to introduce health authorities in South Africa and beyond  to an integrated information system and how it might impact on population health outcomes.

Dr Belluzzo was in Southern Africa for two weeks recently to attend the celebration of a collaborative arrangement between COHSASA and the Boitekanelo College for health training in Botswana and to speak at a conference at the Cape Town International Conference Centre at the UCT General Physicians’ Conference hosted by the College of Physicians of South Africa and the Royal College of Physicians.

COHSASA and DrInfo are currently working together to introduce the integrated electronic patient record system in Southern Africa.
