Healthcare incidents – why do they happen?
Medical incidents and errors
Day 2
Medication incidents and errors
Incident investigation
Morbidity and Mortality (M&M) investigation
Day 3 Root Cause Analysis – an essential tool for clinical quality improvement.
Cost: R3000 (Exc. VAT) per delegate for each workshop. Delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs for the workshops at COHSASA offices in Cape Town.
