Staff from Jwaneng Hospital flew in from Botswana on a refresher visit to COHSASA to receive additional training in quality improvement methods and benchmarking and to orientate new staff on the COHSASA approach. They also used the opportunity to visit Mediclinic Paarl for a benchmarking exercise.
