Dignitaries and staff of City Health gathered in the Council Chamber in the Civic Centre in Cape Town on November 30, 2009 to celebrate the COHSASA accreditation of 16 of its Environmental Health Offices (EHOs) The quality improvement and accreditation programme for both Clinics and EHOs of the City was introduced in 2000 and since then there has been a growing collaboration between COHSASA and the City of Cape Town in helping the Municipality ensure that all facilities within its Health Directorate are eventually accredited.

Please investigate the filthy ablution facilities at the Haven Shelter in Paarl.
the management deliberately lock some of the toilets and limit its use to tenants.
The toilets are permanently flooded with urine and excretion. Their is no cleaning schedule and no attempt by the management to fix the broken plumbing.
Please direct your complaint to the Paarl Municipality. We do not accredit the Haven Shelter in Paarl and therefore have no jurisdiction over its operations.
